Apamission: Serving with Love and Purpose — Empowering Lives through Faith and Compassion.
Empowering Lives through Faith and Compassion
In 1983, the Apamission organization was founded and established by Rev. B. E. Samuel Dhakshinamoorthi B.Th., M.Min. The Church Ministry began in Mamandoor Village, Vandavasi Taluk, under Thiruvanamalai District, with three branch churches. The Head Church is situated on Zion Nagar, Mangalam-Mamandoor.
In 1990, we initiated our church services in a rented building. By 1995, we acquired a 30-cent plot. Despite facing opposition and challenges from local villagers, especially between 1990 and 1995, God's presence sustained us. In 2004, God provided a concrete church structure, supported by the contributions of George Ayya and Kamala Amma's family, who generously donated over 7 lakhs for the construction.
Innovative ideas have flowed through God's guidance. Strengthened by His grace, we released audio and video albums, all aimed at glorifying His name. With this website, we extend our reach to the online world, sharing His message. We remain profoundly thankful to God for His blessings.
We're delighted to connect with you through this website, sharing our ministry's work. Our mission is to spread the Gospel, especially to those whose faith may waver. Apamission's website aims to restore and deepen faith and fear of God, offering spiritual growth and strength.
Apamission's diverse ministries thrive under God's grace. Media plays a significant role, as we've released an audio album named "Victory of Apostle" and a video album named "Appa Pithavae," both accessible on our website. These offerings allow you to engage in praise and worship.
Our commitment extends to social service, alongside church ministry. Through Apamission, we provide consistent support to the underprivileged. We distribute free notebooks to needy children, empowering their education and future. Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty and lead children towards God's kingdom. Currently, we're assisting 100 children through this initiative.
Rev. B. E. Samuel Dhakshinamoorthi is the founder and president of the Apostolic Pentecostal Assembly Trust (Apamission). Sis. S.D. Glory Samuel serves as the trust's treasurer, while Rev. S.D. Sam Solomon Prabu holds the position of secretary, and Rev. S.D. Samson Socrates serves as the joint secretary. Rev. B. E. Samuel Dhakshinamoorthi is also licensed to conduct and register Christian marriages, the sole license holder in Thiruvanamalai district.
Through Apamission, we provide clothing and food to the less fortunate. Medical camps are regularly conducted biannually. Our organization is fueled by a multitude of visions to better serve people in alignment with God's will.
